The HAODA Electronic Panel Saws are equipped with an integrated SIEMENS based drive/control system for blade adjustments. Operator can adjust blade height and tilting angle simply by pushing s on the front centralized panel. And the blade height and angle positions are accurately displayed on the LED screen. This will tremendously save the labor of operator and increase the enjoyment.

Operator can adjust blade height and tilting angle simply by pushing s on the front centralized panel. And the blade height and angle positions are accurately displayed on the LED screen. Position accuracy is 0.1mm for blade height, 0.1 degree for blade tilting.
 
The rip fence of HAODA electronic panel saw is made of thick cast iron body with micro adjustment and digital readout. It rides on a strong chrome plated and ground guide bar for maximum accuracy. The precision aluminum rip fence plate has high-low double applications.
 
Dynamically balanced main spindle and scoring arbor perform at extremely low noise and hardly felt vibration. Certainly they make clean and precision cuts with ease like breeze. The two spindles are well protected by a safety cover with micro switch. Below the blades, there are two separate shroud hoods for best dust collection. Also the main spindle features DADO cutter adaption (grove cutting) up to *5mm width.
 
The HAODA saw unit frame was dedicatedly engineered for industrial working load.
It features robust Cast Iron frame, independent main and scoring motors, precision linear guides, air-spring cushion and easy elevating/tilting adjustment. Also its unique design of Dual-dovetail guides for scoring arbor provides maximum stability at high-speed running.
 
With **0mm (***1/8") extra large width, YONGLI exclusive Honeycomb structure of sliding table provides outstanding strength for heavy working loads. The honeycomb section design also prevents table from twisting deformation, which dramatically improves quality of cuts finish. The whole table is made of T*6 aircraft grade aluminum extrusion, precisely machined to maximum accuracy. This special design secures extraordinary working life of Jumbo panel saws.
 
This unique mobile control panel is deployed on the side of sliding table to secure the maximum convenience and safety for operators.

The cross cutting table system features HAODA unique Compass fence miter positioning and quick fence release devices, which remarkably increase angle accuracy and efficiency of operation. The table is made of high strength steel and supported by heavy duty outrigger arm. The fence is made of anodized and machined T*6 aluminum extrusion with telescopic extension up to ***0mm in length.
