Hoppers become rough and worn over time eliminating effectiveness and productivity. Installation of non-stick Super-Slide Hopper liners reduce bridging and promote flow and discharge of materials. Super-Slide Hopper liners will increase production and capacity by preventing material from sticking to hopper walls, cross beams and discharge doors.
Outwearing steel, the self-lubricating Super-Slide Hopper liners will reduce downtime and maintenance. The low coefficient of friction of the liners will create greater flow of materials with less angle allowing materials with different flow patterns to be used with the same equipment eliminating costly steel replacements and modifications.
Working in freezing temperatures all the way up to hot asphalt (use Red Hot liners for high temperatures), Super-Slide Hopper liners will allow more material to be processed each day. Super-Slide Hopper liners will also reduce or eliminate needs for shakers, thawing sheds, torches and jackhammers which will save wear and tear on equipment, time and money.
