Vogue brand glass fiber magnesium board is designed for replacing gypsum board.

Protection of wood from fire, rot, mold and insects adds cost and time to the building process.

For our production line :

Now we use the flowneter to control the Magnesium oxide power's weight . and MgSO4 or MgCl2 , we have flownweter to control the volue . this is best way to control the steady quality . another is perlite and saw dust . Perlite is add the board's fire rate , and board's white , saw dust is add the board 's bending strength .

For the glass fiber mesh , this is control the board ' s bending strength and board's life . Mix machine , we use the automatice machine , this is best to mix the raw material , to control the board's back surface.
