Googe replaces older, flat-based heat sinks and individual
insulators that were used in combination to meet safety agency
criteria. The older combinations inherently limited packaging
densities and performance while requiring time-consuming assembly.
The thin coating of Googe powder provides excellent heat transfer
with inherent *-D dielectric safety (inherent U.L. creepage and
clearance *- no porosity like anodize coatings).
