Bromelain, also known as pineapple enzyme, is a pure natural
plant protease which is purified from biotechnology by pineapple
fruit skin and core. It catalyzes the cleavage of peptide bonds
in protein molecules and belongs to the thiol endonuclease.

conditions. Can be widely used in food processing, daily
chemicals, medicine, feed and other industries.
