2.Details of egg tray production line

1.Pulping System:
To put used paper and water into pulper, the paper will be
transform into pulp by force of rotating water inside of pulper;
The finished pulp will be screened and grinded into fine pulp,
And ready for forming machine
use.

compressor,agitator,Self priming pump,pulping

2.Forming System:
The fine pulp go into the forming machine, then transform into
wet trays.

System:
