High Speed Double Twist Buncher

1. Introduction
The machine is used for the multistrand twisting of bare copper, coated tin, coated silver, copper-clad aluminum wire, enamelled wire, and other special alloy wires. Regular twisted wires can be done by this buncher instead by stranding machine.

2. Features
2.1 For copper and aluminum stranding, insulated cores lay-up. Max. productivity is up to ***0 twists/min.
2.2 Separate motor driven structure, electrical pitch on-line adjustment, more convenient & efficient for operation.
2.3 Multi-head driven or non-driven bobbin pay-off according to customer’s request.
2.4 Pitch changing is by replacing different sizes of capstan wheels to achieve accurate and stable laying-length.
