Making procedures:
High-speed crushing machine→ Mix SAP → Forming wheel → Transfer wheel → Tissue paper → Compaction of cotton core → Cutter for cotton core → Cutting short of Blotting paper  ( Printing ) → Non-woven ( Perforated Film ) → Triple chip traction → Channel → Sealing → Release paper of side glue → Cutting for final product → Release paper for two wings → Two side cover → Packing film → Sealing and cutting → Output of product → Stacker

Basic functions & characters:
1.Stable square steel frame, face plate *5mm, floor plate *0mm, and square steel **0mm×**0mm,to strengthen the intension of the frame.
2.Servo motorto feed the pulp, adjust the quantity of the pulp as the change of the producing speed, and make evenly the weight of the products at a high speed running or a low speed running.
3. Dust collect unitcan better the circumstance of workshop.
4. Having place for correction.
5.Servo motor control , and the weight of grams (SAP) can be designed on the touch screen.
6. Alarm system of position detection.
7. Automatic material connection.
8. Auto alarm for lack of material & auto stop.
9. Inspection of the material connection & auto rejection of wastage.
*0.Air loaded tension system, unwound & tension force controlled by servo motor.
*1.Cut wood pulp, conduction layer , channel , sealing, arc-cutter ,final cutter are driven by universal joint,
