1. Art of Technology: The Aluminum Oxide Ceramic Foam Insulation Material was manufactured based on multiple technologies of Material Science, Condensed Matter Physics and Surface/ Interface science with the Nano Particle of Alumina oxide. According to the production technology of highly concentrated suspension process, surface modification of nano-particles and Sol-Gel casting, the Aluminum Oxide Ceramic Foam Insulation Material, with ultra-light weight, excellent compressive and flexural strength and high temperature resistance, was developed. The application temperature can be as high as ***0°C, which is not available for aluminium silicate, polycrystal mullite, alumina based ceramic fiber or any other light weight refractory brick in the market. 2. (7) Great Thermal Shock Resistance: can be used for quickly heating and cooling. 3.
