• The LSR***0 makes high-quality sushi the same way that a sushi chef squeezes rice lightly until it is shaped like a rectangle. Putting it differently, since the machine doesn't cut a single grain of rice, the rice retains its original form.
• The LSR***0 is the world’s first sushi robot which can control *2g of sushi and also maintaining a consistent shape.
• The rice compression strength, density and warmth can be controlled. Also, a precise amount of wasabi is automatically placed on top of the rice. Controlling the amount of wasabi is easily accessible through the touch LCD monitor.
• The LSR***0 defeats that problem by airy shari, improving taste and quality. This technology is the first of its kind. (*patent pending)
• We adopted screen magnification functionality and a color LCD monitor for user's convenience. In addition, by lowering the rice port, we have increased productivity and output.
