1 Unit modular High-Speed Honing Machines, designed for honing of cylindrical bores.
The honing process starts with the inserting stroke of the headstock, after reaching the honing position
the high-speed stroke starts as well as the spindle-rotation and the expansion.
After reaching the pre-defined dimension, the headstock moves back to the zero-position.
In the same time, the previous part gets brush-deburred on the brushing-station and after the brushing
it gets measured in the measuring station. The integrated pick – and place system carries the
workpiece within the machine from one station to the other.
The pick-and place system also is able to load the workpiece from a pallet out of the machine or from a
certain position, where the workpiece gets places by any conveyor-system.
After honing, brushing and gaging, the workpiece will be unloaded to a certain position.
