horizontal coulter arm by mixer principal axis driven will do circular motion.Moldboard and wing plate are installed on the coulter arm as opposite direction,when mixing,outside material is pushed middle by moldboard,inside materials is pushed both sides by wing plate,which realized the materials threee dimensional motion in mixer and makes varieties materials have more sufficient mix anf touch.
This machine has wide application range,can mix dry or wet powder material and bulk coarse material,with high mixing uniformity.The mixer inside is equipped with many high speed fly knives,improve mixing uniformity efficiently when producing high quality chemical material or pigment.The mixer bottom has *0 degree of large opening,with fast discharge and no residuals especially change to produce different mortar,no cleaning up mixer.The mixer tail is equipped with automatic sampling device and test online in order to product quality.
