Range of application:

JYT-H coating machine is used for producing self-adhesive products, such as self-adhesive tape, double-adhesive tape, foam tape, aluminum foil tape, clean tape, masking tape, etc. it also suitable for laminating different materials, such as non-woven, filter materials, shoes materials, medical material, label, film, etc.



Main characteristic:

1. Both of unwinding device adopts independent frame with automatic edge correction system, which makes laminating result much more ideal.

2. Adopt electric-motor for achieve upload and download automatically in unwiding parts.

3. Adopt intelligent PID temperature control system in melting tank, in order to make tolerance within 1 degree.

4. All rollers are processed by dynamic balance and installed logically to make sure machine's running steady, low noise and laminating materials no crinkling.

5. High precision alloy steel coating head and metric gear pump ensure perfect coating result.
