Air classifier is composed by classifier, cyclone separator, dust collector, fan.

Operation principles:

1.   Under the pumping function of the fan, material rotates in high speed and is sent into the classifying area from the lower feed port with the rising airflow.

2.   Under the function of the strong centrifugal force caused by the classifying wheel, the material in larger size will be separated. The material whose size has reached the requirements will go through the gap between the leaf blade of the classifying wheel, and get into the cyclone separator or dust collector to be collected.

3.   The larger size material will lose their speed after attack. And they go down the tube to the second wind door.

4.   Under the function of the strongly cleaning, the material in larger size and in smaller size is separated. The smaller size material will go upper to be classified again, and the larger size material will go down and get out from the discharger.
