Hydrostatic testing machines are our leading products. We have produced more than *0 steel pipe hydrostatic testers of different types since the founding of the company.



Our fully automatic hydrostatic testing machines are available in different types:

A. In terms of head, there are 4 types: single-head, double-head, three-head and four-head hydrotester;

B. In terms of displacement method, there are 3 types:tooth plate step-walking type, chain displacement type and tilting displacement type;

C. In terms of pressurizing method, there are 3 types: pneumatic cylinder pressure amplifier type, hydraulic cylinder pressure amplifier type and high pressure pump type; double-class pressure amplification is employed for hydrostatic testing machine for large diameters and high pressure to ensure quick pressure amplification;

D. In terms of sealing method, there are 4 types: end sealing type, outer diameter sealing type, combined outer diameter sealing type, and large clearance outer diameter type;

E. In terms of length adjustment method, there are 2 types: manual displacement type and motorized displacement type.



We produce hydrostatic testing machines ranging from 5MPa to *0MPa. The simpler end sealing is used for machines under *1MPa. We offer the end seal crushing stress control technology, which ensures long service life of seals (up to ***0 pipes per seal ring).



Based on the requirement of products, we can supply perfect software package which, in combination with pressure senor, provides all-inclusive functions including collection, storage, display, search and printing output of test data.



In addition, we can also supply all auxiliary functions such as steel pipe stocking, splitting, pre-rinsing, water pre-filling and post water draining then drying with compressed air.



The smallest hydrostatic testing machines produced in our company is the *6(****6) *-head hydrostatic testing machines with capacity of *2 pipes/min; the largest in the **7 single-head tester with capacity of 1pipe/min for **7 pipe;



We also produce single-end hydraulic testers for **0 coupling pipes, which using both the inner and outer seals at the coupling end, performs hydrostatic test separately on the coupling end of the coupling pipe.
