Integrated Quenching Machine consists of the digital-controlled quenching machine, **0KW hi-frequency induction heating power supply, water cooling system, quenching medium cooling device. It is a complete quenching system for mechanical parts treatment. As the electro-mechanical integrated equipment, the required floor space is reduced by two-thirds compared to the split type. It can undertake quenching, tempering treatment for various kinds of mechanical parts, such as shaft, disc and others. The maximum diameter of processing parts can be Φ**0mm, maximum length can be **0mm and the weight of workpiece can be less than 5kg. Power is **0KW, frequency is ******0KHz. The machine adopts aluminium alloy materials with high polish, anti-corrosion, and without spray finishing. Having a good-looking appearance, it is solid, reliable, productive and easy to assembly as well. It has two water-water coolers with low water consumption because of soft water close loop and medium water close loop.

The machine adopts SIEMENS CNC system, ball screw, linear guide rail and other components. It features high positional accuracy and flexible changes of workpiece program. The rotation of workpiece is made by Frequency converter drive motor from Taiwan. The machine is made by aluminium alloy frame with excellent anti-corrosion and good appearance.

Induction heating power supply adopts DSP as its core control technology. It features human-computer interaction, easy for debugging, maintenance and modification, wide applications, fixed phase angle, less consumption and stable operation. It has modular construction design, concise structure, good appearance, strong anti-disturbance capability and easy maintenance.(Rectifier circuit uses diode full-wave rectifying method. It is green energy saving and its power factor is above *5% with less pollution to power grid).

It adopts modular inverter structure, modular tank circuit design process. With sensors inductance compensation design, it avoids adjusting tank circuit capacitance, is easy to adjust load matching, can make quick shaft and gear adaptation adjustment. With series compensation inductance replacing the energy-intensive quenching transformer, it is in small size and with high efficiency. Adopting French color lahm water-cooled condenser in series resonant tank circuit, it has large capacity, small size, lower consumption. Power MOSFET of U.S. IXYS Company is used in inverter unit so that this machine has reliable performance and complete engine protection circuit.
