Industrial single leaf steel door
ProfHolod's industral steel doors with fully insulated foam core (ISD) are custom-built for long-lasting and reliable performance. General purpose doors are installed at a wide range of commercial and industrial facilities. Typical uses include manufacturing, warehouses, commercial buildings, retail, food stores, hospitals, hotels, etc.

ProfHolod's traffic doors are available in custom sizes to insure best commercial application, ready for installation. The doors are equipped with the German-made hardware.

Industrial doors are used: 
1. In places of high traffic of people and transportation of small hand carts; 
2. To prevent drafts; 
3. For the separation of internal production areas; 
4. In rooms that do not require maintaining a strict temperature regime and hygiene; 
5. In premises where it is required to restrict the passage of personnel; 6. In places where there is no dust, sand, loose materials.

Door leaf
The door leaf consists of a *0 mm thick metal box made of 0.5 mm thick steel sheet. To increase the strength properties of the door, the leaf is reinforced with metal embedded elements 2 mm thick, on which the main elements of the fittings are attached. The tightness of the door is provided by an elastic seal mounted along the contour of the frame. Upon request, it is possible to design a door with an oval, round window.

Thermal insulation
Thermal insulation is provided by the door filling: high-quality rigid polyurethane foam (PUR) with a density of up to *0 kg / m³. Compared to other filling options, environmentally friendly PUR does not shrink and has a low thermal conductivity (0.**2 W / (m * K). The filler has a minimum water absorption value of less than 2%: thus, the doors are suitable for installation in rooms with high humidity.

Door frame
Reliable rigid metal profile frame is made of 2 mm thick steel sheet, painted with powder paint (shagreen).

Frame in white RAL ***3 as standard
At the request of the customer, ProfHolod will manufacture a frame from AISI **0 and AISI **4 stainless steel. Depending on the design of the opening and its thickness, ProfHolod offers two frame options:
• Corner overlay frame for installation outside the opening. Manufactured from 2 mm thick steel sheet and powder coated (RAL ***3).
• Frame in the girth of the opening for installation on walls made of polyurethane foam, plasterboard partitions, no more than **0 mm thick. Manufactured from 2 mm thick steel sheet and powder coated (RAL ***3).

Fittings
Technological doors are equipped with a set of German fittings "DORMA", "Hafele". For fixing the leaves, the double-leaf doors are additionally equipped with a decorative latch.
