Addressing the common separation of sample preparation and sampling systems among many clients, the Intelligent Automatic Sample Sealing System has achieved embodied intelligence. By utilizing multimodal sensing to perceive sampling status and equipment conditions in real-time, and relying on intelligent algorithms, it enables dynamic collaboration and autonomous decision-making across four modules: sampling, sealing, information management, and fault alarming. This forms a closed-loop intelligent control process from sampling to sealing.
During the sampling phase, a dedicated sample collector is installed. After collection, as the sample is dispensed, the system writes the coal sample code onto the sealed sample canister. Once the canister is sent to the sample preparation room, it can only be opened after being unlocked by a dedicated unlocking device.
Sampling Module: Responsible for the automatic collection of coal samples. It integrates high-precision sampling equipment and an automatic control system to perform sampling based on preset plans, ensuring the collected samples are accurate and representative.
Sealing Module: Undertakes the automatic sealing and labeling of coal samples. By integrating automated sealing equipment and intelligent control technologies, it automatically seals the sampled coal into designated containers and records the sealing information.
Information Management Module: Responsible for the recording, storage, and management of sealing information. Utilizing an integrated database management system and data processing technologies, it records and tracks coal sample sealing information in real-time, providing support for subsequent analysis and decision-making.
Fault Alarm Module: Monitors system operating status in real-time and issues fault alarms. This module integrates sensors and alarm devices to monitor the operation of sampling and sealing equipment; upon detecting a fault or anomaly, it automatically alarms and prompts operators to handle the issue.
