Frozen roasted peeled chestnuts are half-done-products, they are based on the fresh chestnuts, then through roasting- peeling- washing - inspecting- freezing- packing , during this period , we can produce whole grains ( A grade ) , half grains ( B grade ) and smashed grains ( C grade ), we pack them in the cartons, *0kgs/carton, and stored in *8 degrees warehouse for a whole year. Eating methods are different due to different grades : they are mainly used for producing the peeled chestnuts, at the same time they can be used for soup , chestnuts chicken , can also be used for decoration of cakes, chocolate and so on, they can also be used for chestnut mash for fillings.
