a. The unit price shall be increased by USD 2/DMT from the base price as per Clause 4 (Base price) for each 1 % Fe excess over  *3 %, fractions pro-rata. 

b. The unit price shall be decreased by USD **0$ /DMT from the base price as per Clause 4 (Base price) for each 1 % Fe excess below *2%, fractions pro-rata.

c. The Buyer has the option to reject the cargo if Fe content is below  *2 % or to accept the cargo at new price 

 

d.      For each 0. 1 % excess of SiO2 over 8.*0%, at the rate of 5(THREE) U.S. CENTS/DMT, 

e.      For each 0.1 % excess of Al2O3 over 3.*0 %, at the rate of 5(three) U.S. CENTS/DMT;

f.      For each 0.*1 % excess of S over 0.*7 %, at the rate of 5(THREE) U.S. CENTS/DMT;

g.      For each 0.*1% excess of P over 0.*4 %, at the rate of 3(THREE) U.S. CENTS/DMT;
