representative to a principal exporter (refineries) in RUSSIA and
is a major player in the distribution of refined products in our
region and around the world.
We were instructed by our end producer to
get a reliable buyer for an urgent LIFT AND PAY but the buyer
discharge port should be outside the US and the EU based on the
sanction. The refinery signed 3 years contract with a buyer from EU
Government subsidiary company but based on the sanction, the
Authorities In-charge here will not allow the refinery to proceed
further with the EU company.
If you are interested, reliable,
trustworthy and have a capable buyer or buyer discharge port
outside the EU and the US then get back to me with your / buyer
