The Food-grade JPS Vacuum Homogenizer Emulsifier Mixer is equipped with a unique integrated sight glass device on the lid of the pot, equipped with a closed illuminator, for the operator to observe the emulsification of the material at any time. The whole structure is a three-jacket. The heating and cooling of the equipment are completed in the same jacket. The outer layer of the jacket has an aluminum silicate insulation layer, which can prevent the operator from scalding and ensure production safety. 
Secondly, the pot body is equipped with cooling water inlet and outlet. The lid is equipped with a variety of quick installation interfaces, which users can choose according to their needs (sterile air respirator, material suction port, vacuum pump interface, cleaning ball, CIP interface, trace element addition port, integrated sight glass window, vacuum meter).
