juice/Tea hot filling machine

Filling machine is compose of bottle-washing、filling、sealing three parts. Firstly rinsing bottles by disinfectant，circumgyrate plate if bottle-washing has **6L stainless steel bottle clamp，after deliver into 3 in 1 filling machine be nipped by bottle clamp overturn.remaining bottle mouth up；the spray mouth of bottle clamp spray water(the water through pre-treatment is asepsis water) into bottles, overturn **0°again through bottle-rinsing, remaining bottle mouth up. From washing part deliver into filling part. Filling by bottle clamp avoid pollute second times.filling valves have flow meter to exactitude control filling quantity After filling the bottles deliver into bottle-sealing part. Finally the sealed packing deliver into the next working procedure “inserting label”.
