Usage of capsicum hot patches : 
Capsicum Plaster for long lasting relief of Rheumatism,Lumbago,Notalgia,Sciatica, Arthralgia, Stiff Shoulder and Muscular Pain.
For temporary relief of minor aches & pains of muscles & joints associated with:
*arthritis*simple backache*strains & sprains.*stiff neck *sore shoulders*bruises *rheumatism*shoulder &neck*bursitis   
 
Warnings:
When using capsicum plaster :
* use only as directed.
* avoid contacting with the eyes, mucous membranes or rashes.
* do not apply to wounds or to damaged or very sensitive skin.

*Do not use with a heating pad
*Discontinue use at least one hour before a bath and do not use immediately after a bath
 
Capsicum Plaster Directions:
1).Adults and children *2 years of age and over
    Apply to affected area as needed not more than 3 times daily for 7 days.
2).Children under *2 years of age, consult a doctor.
3).Clean and dry the affected area.
4).Remove from backing film and apply.Remove from skin after at most 8 hours' application
5).Expiration: 2 years 
6).Storage: Store in a cool / dry place.

How to Use medical capsicum body pain plaster  
-Remove the plastic backing from one side of the patch.
-Smooth that side over the area where you want pain relief.
-As you remove the other half of the plastic backing, smooth the remainder of the patch over the pain area.
 
Usage: 
Before applying the plaster, clean & dry the skin. Heating the plaster, make it tender,r emove the protective cover, apply it on the skin, press down firmly and smooth out. The painful area should be completely covered. After 2 days, remove the plaster, lift up a corner to pull plaster off. stop using in the  third day and apply a new one in the forth day .  4 packs is a course of treatment under normal circumstances
