We are manufacturing a well quality Nozzle for Kirloskar & English Petter diesel engine and it is a part of fuel injector of diesel engine which converts the liquid diesel into vapours and which further creates vapour pressure on the piston of the diesel engine and hence converts the linear motion into rotational motion. The efficiency of the diesel engine is very much depends on the quality of the nozzle which is truely named as the heart of diesel engine. Its malfunctioning leads to smoke and wastage of diesel (as a fuel) in the engine.

Nozzle is one of the main components of fuel injection systems. It regulates the flow of fuel to the ultimate ignition compartment. The main purpose of the fuel injection nozzle is to direct and atomize the metered fuel into the combustion chamber. The combustion chamber design dictates the type of nozzle, the droplet size and the spray required to achieve complete combustion within a given time and space.

ELEMENTS A TYPE FOR PETTER OR KIRLOSKAR DIESEL ENGINES

We are manufacturing Elements for diesel engines which is fit on the Fuel pump to meter and deliver the metered fuel. Element consist of barrel & plunger (we also called pin & body). The rotary motion of the plunger inside the barrel regulates the quantity of fuel and an upward motion to delivers the fuel. And the plunger is precisely fitted to the barrel with very small clearance to form a perfect sealing.

DELIVERY VALVE FOR KIRLOSKAR AND ENGLISH PETER OR INDIAN PETTER DIESEL ENGINES

The Delivery Valves comprises of the body and a fluted plunger. In a constant volume delivery valve, the functional part of the body is the conical seat and that of plunger are the retraction piston and the conical seat. The plunger is closely matched together with the body. When the element plunger moves towards the TDC the delivery valve plunger lifts to allow fuel into the high-pressure line, when the element plunger helix terminates the fuel delivery, the delivery valve plunger closes-off the high pressure line. The volume available in the high-pressure line is increased by the retraction volume. Delivery valve controles  the supply of diesel  to the injector where it is converted to vapours by the nozzle. The excess or shortage of the diesel supply leads to poor efficiency of the diesel engine and it stops running smoothly and even some types stop running. Delivery valve is used to assist in the rapid built of pressure in the injection line and to cut of the flow of fuel at the termination of fuel injection pulse. It is seated on top of the element in the fuel pump.
