Product Introduction
Pilot Lab Horizontal Bead Mill is a Nano Grade liquid grinding machine for labs of collages and research institutes. Metering pump can be used to adjust the flow to get the best grinding results. The device is controlled by PLC, all the materials temperature, materials pressure and electric current can be supervised and protected. Faults can be checked, therefore, it is easy to be maintenance. Grinding medium, tiny pure zirconia bead, are with high efficiency, good grinding fineness, wildly use and strong anti-wear. Working Principle
The diaphragm circulates the materials in the grinding chamber. The main shaft in the  grinding chamber is equipped with many pins with high anti-abrasiveness and hardness. The pins drive the grinding medium inside the grinding chamber to irregular movements in all direction to put the materials under the action of constant collision and friction. At same time, the materials are separated from the grinding medium by the sieve and keep circulating from the tank to the grinding chamber to obtain smaller particle size, narrower particle size range.

Grinding cylinder are with cooling jackets, cold water are injected into them during operation so that temperature rise is normally less than *0°.
