i have an exclusivity deal in a land in mexicali ,bc
mex,that is near the upcoming project of silicon border between
mexicali and imperial valley ,usa,the point is that right now
that land is valued at $*0 usd the sq meter, however i convince
the owner to sell it at $*5 usd the sq meter, but in a year
from now , when construction of silicon border starts ,the
price of that land will climb to about $**5 usd the sq
meter,and when project finish then price should be around the $
**0 usd the sq mt,and will be easy to sell , as downtown
mexicali will be relocated to that area(where the land is)and
old downtown borde will close,so all the businesses around that
area will eventually dye, most of them will want to relocate
to new downtown, (old downtown price for sqmt is $**0 sq
mt),and will be eager to buy at whatever price you give them,
also the land is great to build any kind of business, as
everything will b need it in new downtown, from offices,and
money trades,to parking lots,hotels,restaurants,night clubs,
strip clubs, rental cars,supermarkets, bars, any and
every thing will be profitable in this lands, i plan to build a
truck stop to start, but sky is the limit as this is the
closest comercial land to the silicon border,write me to,
