Range of Application: Applies to the molds which requires high thermal-conductivity, corrosion-proof feature and high brightness, such as injection mold and blow mold including pull tab, bottle surface ring (sealing surface ring), and handlebars etc. The mold, mold core and mold insert of injection mold have excellent thermal conductivity, and the nozzle head (injector spray tip), exit portal and hot runner parting mold are made of moderate-intensity beryllium copper.
