SN***6A/E (substitute MBI***6, Toshiba-TB****6AF) **-bit Constant-Current LED Driver with Operating Voltage of 3.3V and 5V The SN***6A/SN***6E is comprised of constant current drivers designed for LEDs and LED displays. The output current value can be set using an external resistor. The output current value can be adjusted from 2mA to *0mA through the external resistor. As a result, all outputs will have virtually the same current levels. This driver incorporates **-bit constant t-current outputs, a **-bit shift register, a **-bit latch and a **-bit AND-gate circuit. These drivers have been designed using the CMOS process.
