BQ****0A / B (a high refractive index phosphor gum)
Explanation
This product is a component of high refractive index liquid
silicone potting materials, mainly used as phosphors glue. With
high transmittance, high refractive index, good weather
resistance, good flow properties, good heat resistance, longer
operating time and so on.
Applications
High-power LED phosphor glue
1 Use the proportion: BQ****0A: 1
BQ****0B: 1;
(2) The A, B, phosphor was mixed to no knots, no lumps, a uniform
thin thick homogeneous state (generally requires **8 minutes),
placed under vacuum deaeration, until no bubbles up ( vacuum
degassing process without heating).
3. Degassing is completed, the plastic material poured into the
filling plastic syringes. To further drive out the air rubber,
plastic material can be installed on the vacuum syringe
Again discharge bulbs.
4 Glue, should first stand or pedestal preheated **0 ℃ / 0.5h
above, to remove moisture inside the stand or base, in order to
avoid air bubbles during curing.
5 curing conditions: **0 ℃ / 1h
Packing A, B: 0.5Kg / bottle
Storage conditions Store in a cool dry and ventilated enclosed
place (storage temperature *5 ~ *5 ℃, humidity ≤ *5%),
waterproof, leak-proof, sunscreen, anti-high temperature, away
from sources of ignition.
Shelf life of six months;
Precautions
Applications: 1.BQ****0A / B using stored process must ensure
that no phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), nitrogen (N), the organic tin
(Sn), water, polyurethane resin
Other catalyst poisons, so as to avoid
obstruction and deterioration curing (eg: cleaning plastic cup of
the solution, oven residues of toxic ingredients, organic acids,
etc.).
2 due to BQ****0A / B with the temperature dependence of the
viscosity of particularly large, therefore, recommended operating
ambient temperature of *5 ± 2 ℃, avoid discharge bulbs and point-
Gum problems.
