This new patent (LED light engine surface light source chip) provides LED modules suitable for the daily illumination. It features in simple installment, good performance and long service life. In its structure, the LED packaging metal bottom board and top board provides a large area for heat release, in the way of absorbing the heat which the LED chip produces and conduting it to the metal board. The heat is sent out by heat rediation and air convection, thus reduce the thermal ***** cooling effect is very good and highly-efficient, which guarantees the service life. It’s applicable to promotion and use instead of existing lighting sources. In addition, to avoid the shadow and reduce the irritation to our eyes, we adopted a special interval arrangement of the LED chip, packed with phosphor powder designed and developed by ourselves. Thus produce more pure light. And the light can emit equably and gently. In the entire structure , we specially use the technology of chip manufacture mirror surface process and the superficial coarsening process , which greatly enhance the efficiency of the LED's light out.
