Defference Of IP*0, IP*5, IP*8 Waterproof Grade
IP*0 LED Strip is non-wterproof only for indoor using.
IP*5 LED Tape is using epoxy glue covered on the printed circuit board and all LEDS, mainly use for outdoor application.
IP*8 waterproof is for the most waterproof LED Tape to be used underwater like in the pool and pond. It is covered by the silicon tube and it is coated by a layer of epoxy glue between the led tape and tube. 


Difference Between SMD***8 and SMD***0 Flexible Strip
You will see the difference from the following picture. The width of circuit board for these two types of led tape are also different. SMD***8 has 8mm circuit board while SMD***0 has *0mm circuit board.

Although the size of ***0 is just a little bigger, it's 3 times more bright than ***8 becasue it's tri-chip LED. Each SMD***8 is emitting **6 lumens while ***0 is ****6 lumens. Each SMD***8's working watt 
is 0.*8 and SMD***0 is 0.*4. All these two types of led tape are supplied in here in LEDLightsZone, for best lighting effects we strongly recommend you use the SMD***0 LEDs.
