QUALITY MANAGEMENTS:
- Lider with its qualified laboratories that exist in only world wide known petfood manufacturers, tests raw material, pre- and end products safety for animal health by using physical, chemical, microbiological and toxicological quality control methods.
- High quality products produced in Lider are developed with research & development programs conducted with different national research associations.
- In our microbiology and chemistry laboratory, that are coordinated with production, classical chemical crude nutrient analysis (dry matter, water activity, crude protein, ether extract, crude fiber, crude ash, starch, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, free fatty acids, peroxide value etc.) are performed and results are cross checked with NIR (near infra-red spectroscopy) system.
- On the other side of quality controlling, samples are investigated for contamination of pathogen agents as Enterobactericeae spp and Salmonella and toxicological agents as mycotoxins (aflatoxins).
- Finally, physical evolutions (density, homogeneity, particle durability index) and previous product comparisons (product archive) are performed and our sustainable high quality standards are ensured.
