Instruction :
 
RTV*2 Condensation Silicone is a kind of two-component liquid silicone .which features an excelent fluidity and good operability. The RTV*2 silicone is made up of Part A base silicone and Part B curing agent (CA). The Part A base silicone and Part B curing agent (CA) can cure at room temperature by a condensation reaction, after full cure, it becomes a cured silicone mold. With resistance to deformation, high temperature, acid and alkali, and expansion, silicone flexible molds are used for mold duplication and delicate mold making for poly crafts, resin crafts lighting and candle crafts,gypsum crafts,plastic toy,concrete garden furniture and fountains,handmade soap moulding ,artificial culture stone molding......
 
Operation :

1. Make sure the surface of the original is clean and free of loose material. 
2. Weight **0g of Part A base and 2g of part B Curing Agent in a clean container.
Mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.
3.Vacuum pumping
It will take less than *0 minutes
4. Pour the mixed Part A base silicone and curing agent as soon as possible 
onto the original
5. Demoulding after *4 hours,it will improve the replicate times of silicone moulding.
 
Packing:
1.*0KG *0kg *5KG or **0kg /drum.
 
Storage:

• It is a kind of non-dangerous goods .This product should be sealed and placed in a cool and dry place which should keep from sunlight and rain. 
• Silicone mold making rubber RTV*2 is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn which can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods.
