Description:
 

Y-812 silicone life casting kit can form  into a elastomer that is very soft. The product is colorless or skin-colored oily liquid and becomes soft elastic material after vulcanization. This material is in the addition cure system, which is safe and health for use.

Y-812  life casting silicone is mainly used to make soft silicone products, such as life-like body,  body breast enhancers, shoulder pads, paster, bra pads, patches, antislip mat, traction, human body shape, lifelike body, Silicone doll, simulate props, full body silicone doll, full female silicone body, silicone cushion insoles.

Characteristics:

Y-812 platinum based silicone can be used for a long period and maintain softness with the characteristics of excellent electrical performance and chemical stability, waterproof, corrupt resistance, physiological inert, non-toxic, tastelessness, aging-resistance, easy pouring, easy operation, and completely vulcanization. It can meet requirement of the Mechanical strength even under a very low hardness.

Using instructions:

Mix component A and component B evenly according to the mixing proportion of 1:0.95-1.05, and you need to deaired the bubbles before next step. The operating time (0.5-3) hrs depends on operating temperature; the curing time is 12-24 hrs under the room temperature; and the curing time can be reduced to 10 minutes with the temperature up to 80~120°C. The operating time of the room temperature quick drying type is less than 20 minutes and the curing time is 1 hour. The product's color isn't fixed. it can be produced in red, yellow, etc., according to the customer's requirements.

Precautions:

Y-812 addition cure life casting silicone is platinum catalyzed silicone rubber. Water, impurity, organic tin catalyst, acid, alkaline and other organisms containing sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen will do harm to  the vulcanization process. So, please keep those substances away.
