liquid/Air Cooling heater device
This combination is mainly applied to complete extrusion parts . It
can eliminate the heat from extrusion . According to the different
temperature as needed , we choose mica , ceramic as isolation
materials . It is made up of several tube heaters and connected by
red copper radiator with a fixed individual mounted cooling jacket
. The maximum temperature it can bear is **0 ℃ . It is the most
advanced cooling and heating combination used in extrusion machine
and injection plastic machines' cylinder at home and abroad.
In general,the heating area of this device was made up by several
cooling and heating rings. Then it was covered by a solely fixed
cooling cover. There are wind machine interfaces undersides, and on
the top places for air flow coming out. Then the heating area was
formed. At present air cooling and heating device was the most
advanced heating and cooling equipment in the
world.
