7) Main operating process and procedures:

a)      Buyer issues LOI

b)      Seller issues FCO and draft contract. Buyer confirms them.

c)      Commodity/Site Pictures

d)      Past Performances B/L & SGS reports

e)      Buyer and Seller sign and seal Contract, face to face. Buyer may see mine and sign contract. And check the cargo at port in seller’s warehouse if possible.

f)      Buyer is to inspect the Cargo/goods, in loading port, if requested.
