Applications

-Paint & coating

To be used in rubber tires, rubber, plastic sheet, tape, engineering plastics products for enhancing product’s anti-aging performance, can also significantly improve surface smoothness and products’ hardness to reduce production cost.

The differents between wet ground and dry ground mica powder：

1.>through the process of dry ground,the accompanying mineral as quartz can not be reject, the end products have low purity, further more, the diameter-to-thickness ratio (AR) be decomposed through dry ground producation. It’s have effect on the product quality and useful.

2.>wet ground mica powder produce through milling, edulcoration, washing, pestle and package. The goods have high purity, stable quality, and the platelike structure should be protected, commodity have big AR, while people pay more and more attention to wet ground mica powder.
