Brief description:

The machine is used mainly to fill liquid and cream material into plastic and metal/aluminium tube with fixed quantity and seal the tube.

It is widely used for the packing of products of pharmaceutical, foods, air coloring and chemical industry .

It combines the function of filling,sealing and batch numbering printing.

It can use in the following product, such as for filling pharmacy cream, hair colorante, toothpaste, leather oil, glue, AB glue, Nanp-epoxy adhesive, Neoprene adhesive etc.
 
Working process:

Insert the plastic/aluminum hose in the socket on the indexing aluminum plate by hand and use the indexing mechanism for the transmission and location and photoelectric detection and the metering pump for quantitative filling. The tail sealing and batch numbering are finished at one time and the finished products are automatically pushed out.
