Product introduction：

Independent multi-head high-speed engraving machine uses **4 Z-axis big-power spindle motor designed for demanding high-volume, small parts machining customers, suitable for processing cabinet doors, gifts, relief engraved wood products, non-ferrous metals, EVA material sculpture and many other industries and cutting products.

1, Multi-spindle carving: the sample patterns can be conducted multi-spindle carving simultaneously, greatly increase the processing speed，one machine to complete the processing efficiency of two or three devices, and good product consistency、high quality.

2, Single-spindle carving: In some cases, little processing capacity or processing large parts, the spindle can be moved to the side, single-spindle work independently, max. cutting plat ***0x***0mm, makes the human design, effective and reasonable control of production costs.

3, This machine adopts the design of the overall thick all steel, welded tempered aging, steel strong, forceful, smooth rotation, making a long run at high speed no distortion, no jitter.
4, The high-speed multi-head machine adopts toTaiwan AMT high precision, zero clearance and increased square sliding linear guide, rack with high-precision and special technology processing, smooth operation, high accuracy; and the Y axis of the bilateral-driven, fast , high efficiency, large loading capacity, can be heavy cutting.

5, High-speed type wood engraving machine uses high-power dust cleaning devices and improved concentration dust lubrication system, good work environment, with longer life.

Software features:

1、This machine can engrave any design，support scanners，direct support UG、ArtCAM、Type3、CorelDraw、Proe、Wentai、carving and many other G-code format generated by CAD/CAM

2、Embedded DSP numerical control system or the PCI controller card control system can achieve breakpoint carving off memory, can be completely off-line operation.

Application:

1, Wooden doors and furniture industries: wood and composite doors, cabinet doors, a large area of flat plate engraving, wood engraving and milling carved, carved furniture, antique mahogany furniture, sculpture, wood carving art of murals and other industries;
