Closed Type Heat Pump Evaporating Unit includes raw material tank
(customer to prepare), material charging pump, pre-heater,
condenser, evaporator, evaporating chamber, gas/liquid seperator,
vacuum pump, compressor, on-line pumps etc, see drawing for

- Pre-heater
under most condition, the temperature of raw material before
been charged to the condenser (heater) is low, and to guarantee the
system smooth working, plate type or tube type heat exchanger is
used to pre-heat the raw material to the boiling point
- Heater (condenser)
After pre-heating, the raw material is charged to the heater
by vacuum or pump and then finish the heat exchange with working
gas which is compressed to reach a higher temperature to evaporate.
The heater type will be chosen by raw material charicterisitcs
(viscosity, crystallization/scaling or not): Climbing film, failing
film, forced circulation etc.
- Evaporating chamber
The raw material is vaporized here, finish the gas/liquid
seperation and been pumped out after reaching required
concentration. Secondary steam been condensed to liquid through
evaporator (condenser). Evaporating chamber is the device to
separate the steam and concentrated liquid. Evaporating gas/liquid
seperator and crystallizer can be design in one for crystallization
raw material and adopting forced circulation to fulfill gas/liquid
seperation, concentraction and crystallization. Different
gas/liquid separator like centrifugal seperator, gravity seperator
and sepcial structure seperator can be chosen for different raw
materials.
- Compressor
It is key part for the system, using compressor to drive
working gas release and absorb energy in a closed circulation. Our
MVR Evaporator uses displacement compressor which decreases the
operating chamber volume to increase the pressure. System adopts
four-grades adjustable compressor head super-high temperature
special purpose unit which can adjust the working power according
to real time production load so as to reduce the running cost.
Compressor, as the system core part, plays the most important
position for the system performance, reliability and service life.
After optimized matching, we choose the compressor which can show
the heat pump advantages at most, satisfy the using requirement and
spcially improved compressor. Except smooth working with low
vibration, low noise and high effeciency, it has also
