whenever possible please get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size.

If you want custom size, please refer below measurements form.
For normal dress, the below measurements required:
1) Shoulder to Nipple
2) Upper Bust

3) Full Bust
4) Under Bust
5) Waist
6) Hips ( to measure around the widest part)
7) Hollow to hem ( to measure over bust)
8) Your height without shoes

For the dress with sleeves or jacket or bolero, below extra measurements required:
9) Shoulder to shoulder 
*0) Arms Eye
*1) Biceps
*2) Sleeve Length ( it is the length you want for your sleeve)
*3) Neck ( only for the dress with high neck design)

About shipping

DHL, EMS, UPS, Fedex and TNT etc.

About Returns &Refund

1. We offer an exchange or refund if the dress does not fit you, we will gladly exchange your gown for any of our stocking styles
2. We will accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect brand new condition(no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations);
3. Dress must be received back to us within 7days of your receipt;
4. For exchange, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges;
5. For returns, a *0% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

3.Customs fees 

In most time, there is no customs tax for low value personal imports. We will declare it as a sample and a low value to avoid the tax.
