The Nameplate Embossing Machine are composed of drive control system, motor-driven label stamping press mechanism, industrial grade XY label device , font disk, the computer and software. Operating  principle：industrial grade XY label charging device is driven through the computer and specialized drive control system to control the movement; the label on the industrial grade XY label device moves on the plane X-Y accordingly; Meanwhile, control system chooses characters by controlling the font-disk’s drive movement of the step motor ,and then the pressure head press the font by the brushless motor , reduction gear and the lever mechanism; At last the characters with concavo-convex and 3D effects are pressed in the label by clamping the label in the middle of the matched concavo-convex fonts. Since it is controlled by computer, you can press any kinds of characters as you like in the label by editing the software.

As for the label, our machine can be used for any sizes of label within **0mm×*0mm. Regarding the label material, English letters, numbers and other markings and symbols can be stamped automatically on the labels made by iron, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, plastic, PVC and other materials.
Embossment label stamping press machine PYYY*1 can emboss the English letters, numbers and other markings and symbols on the materials with 1mm thickness. The content pressed in the label can be kept even if the label is badly damaged.

This machine is installed the special software for steel pipe industry (optional). You can also storage the information of every label into data base while the label is pressed, and then “warehousing list” and “summary sheet” are generated directly according to the query condition. Moreover, the machine can be connected to the printer (optional) and print the documents directly. It’s flexible and convenient to query daily, monthly, yearly and other years’ data. Workers can effectively solve the statistical work again when the warehousing list is tedious, legible and easy to be fault and it’s convenient for the management to manage. Later, you can transfer it to the ERP and make it as a basic data intake points, increasing the degree of enterprise information.
