Based on RS**5 communication Feature : 1) Large LCD display screen, regulates and controls temperature with digital display 2) Split structure, more safety when operating, long lifetime; 3) Blue, white, green backlight selectable. 4) Cool/Heating/Ventilation mode selectable; 5) 2 wires and 3 wires valves are both suitable; 6) Infrared remotely control (Optional); 7) Adopts intelligent circuit control design, the fan speed can be adjusted automatically; 8) Temperature compensation and calibration, corrected the display temperature with password; 9) Dual power supplies design (normal **0V AC and backup central power supply). Automatically power transfer once normal power supply is cut. System function: 1) Control function: Batch processing, remotely controls and manages in the building control center, adjusts the temperature and fan speed remotely. Besides, if some tenants forget to close their FCU, the property management company could close it in the building control center and no need enter their room/office. 2) Timing switch: Automatically on/off, as per different users working hours automatically opens or closes their FCU in advance or delay. 3) Limits the setting temperature and monitors automatically: Sets up a temperature that can’t be over a certain degree and also can’t below a certain degree, monitors the status automatically. 4) Monitoring function: Real-time checks each point of the whole system, has the complete data record to track; Alarming if anything abnormal, records the type of error, happened time and number of errors; 5) Security functions: Requires different password as per different operated class. 6) Extension function: Opens database, OPC interface, integrated easily. 7) Realizes BTU Measurement (optional).
