Main Use:

The machine applies to clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash, slag, mountain mud, silt, etc. as raw materials to carry out a strong mixing, vacuum processing, and then the screw auger extrusion system to produce provisions cross-section of ordinary solid bricks, hollow bricks, and other products.

Technical Features:

The trowel of this machine uses wear-resistant metallization technology; mixer shaft in above stage, main shaft of trowel and the body of machine are worked over by the aging, quenching and tempering; gears of reducer are hard tooth surfaces; clutch adopts screw press patented technology, which improves the service life of our equipments. At the same time, with reasonable design, compact structure, this machine can operate stably without having to install anchor bolt and greatly reduce the power consumption in the operating process due to shave.
