New type processing modifier for PVC(WAC Series)
 
As a new structured, high-efficient and multi-functional processing agent, WACs are mainly used for PVC plastics. The use of WACs improves the plasticization of PVC compound and reduced resistance between the polymer melt and the die, resulting in die pressure and motor torque to fall. WACs can substitute ACR in extrusion, injection, and filler-loaded products.
Features
The addition of WACs results in good product produced at higher output rates
Eliminate melt fracture and improve welding properties
Increase the inorganic filler loading within an acceptable range, resulting in cost to fall
Enhance initial-stage whiteness and increase surface gloss of products
Improve the toughness and no reduction on HDT
