The role of oil-free air compressors are as follows.

And the storage tank can manipulate the compressed air pressure to get a constant pressure to meet the factory production needs.

Cooling and filtration: the temperature of the compressed air entering the storage tank may be relatively high, after a period of cooling, the water in the air will become liquid water distribution, to improve the quality of compressed air.

Energy saving effect: If there is no storage tank, the air compressor must be loaded and unloaded frequently, when the energy consumption of the air compressor is increased, after the installation of the storage tank, when the compressed air is filled with the storage tank, the storage tank will transmit the pressure signal to the air compressor, and the air compressor will take the initiative to sleep, to avoid the formation of power waste by loading all the time.
