The installation was built in a modular
principle that allows replacement of some components (such as
frame, chamber and power supply). It helps to grow the crystals
weighing *0, *0, *0 or **5 kg.
The installation is equiped with the modern DC
power supply, manufactured in Europe. Power supply consists of
separate blocks in paralell, which can be added depending on the
required supply current. There is no electrodynamic vibration of
the tungsten heater applying DC power supply. Efficiency of the
power supply is *0%, capacity rate is over 0,*2, power consumption
is uniform in all three-phase of the AC main. This reduces the
necessary power of the worksgop substation at *5% and also reduces
the electricity consumption at *5% during the process compared to
the two-phase AC installations with thyristor
control.
