Classification of hydraulic motors

Bm3 hydraulic motor can be divided into worm gear type, vane type, plunger type and other types according to its structural characteristics.

According to the rated speed of the hydraulic motor, it is divided into two categories: fast and low speed. Rated speed higher than **0r/min belongs to fast hydraulic motor, rated speed lower than **0r/min belongs to low speed hydraulic motor. The basic types of fast hydraulic motor are transmission gear type, air cooled type, vane type and radial piston type. Their main characteristics are high speed, low moment of inertia, good operation and braking system, adjustment (speed and commutation) sensitivity. Usually the output torque of fast hydraulic motor is not large, so it is also called fast small torque hydraulic motor.

Low gear hydraulic motor type basically is tangential plunger, besides the radial plunger, vane and gear type also have slow tectonic pattern, the main characteristics of hydraulic motor with low gear is large displacement, large volume low speed (sometimes per order and zero order), and thus can be immediately connected to run organization; Without reducing speed equipment, the transmission mechanism is greatly simplified. Usually, the output torque of the low-speed hydraulic motor is relatively large, so it is also called the low-speed hydraulic motor with large torque.
