ORGANIC INULIN
Inulin is a prebiotic ingredient that belongs to a class of fibers known as fructans, and agave fructans are an important and emerging group of prebiotics.Our inulin is certified **0% organic.

Food Grade
Inulin is used in low-fat yogurt, low-sugar ice cream, low-fat dairy desserts, and milk beverages to improve texture and taste. Inulin is used as a fat replacer with an extra stabilizing effect on mousse emulsion.

Feed Grade
